Bobby's Story
Bobby Nichols has been a trailblazer of Black excellence in business for over three decades. Through hard work, faith, and perseverance, he built Bobby’s Painting Company, inspiring countless others. From humble beginnings in Mt. Holly, North Carolina, Bobby has become a respected figure, known for his dedication to hiring and supporting formerly incarcerated individuals, empowering Black professionals, and advocating for economic growth. A longstanding MMCA member, Bobby received the Spirit Award and a lifetime membership at MMCA’s 25th anniversary. As we celebrate 35 years of his outstanding contributions, we honor his remarkable legacy of success, empowerment, and inspiration.
